Maintenance Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this versatile role, you will work in the facility services/maintenance area. You will manage the premises and outdoor areas (maintenance, order, safety). Furthermore, you will organise the entire furniture management, organise and conduct relocations and also take on the meeting room management (monitoring, cleaning, technical support).

What do I need to be successful?

For this interesting position, you require a craftsman’s training or ideally training as a maintenance specialist as well as several years of experience in this field. A category B driving licence is mandatory, a forklift licence is a great advantage. Also, other permits for operating cleaning vehicles and similar. Good physical fitness is also expected. Furthermore, very good German skills are important as well as good PC skills.
