Wastewater Treatment Operator (m/f/d) 100 %
The wastewater treatment plant of the municipality of Arosa is currently undergoing a comprehensive modernization process, in which the technology and infrastructure of the treatment plant are being brought up to the latest standards, and necessary expansions are being implemented. The renewed plant ensures that even under high tourist loads, the wastewater generated is treated in accordance with the highest environmental standards. In this way, we make a significant contribution to the sustainable protection of the alpine Plessur water body and strengthen the ecologically responsible image of our tourist destination.
For our small, dedicated team, we are looking for a qualified (specialist) person who appreciates the versatility of the tasks.
Your tasks:
- Operational and maintenance work in the wastewater treatment plant
- Operational and maintenance work on special structures
- Monitoring and controlling the plant, partly with a modern process control system
- Cleaning and laboratory work
- On-call duty
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer, electrician, mechanic, or related professions
- Basic knowledge of PC and process control systems is an advantage
- Driver's license category B required
- Willingness to complete training as a wastewater treatment operator (if not already obtained)
