We have developed various solutions for our clients in the public transport sector throughout Switzerland (ticketing, charging and load management, retrofits). Now, with retrofitting onboard computing and open future-oriented systems, we are also opening up the control centre.

Your tasks – here you can make a difference!

The technical project management in the area of retrofit and software solutions is versatile:

You take responsibility for the technical implementation and quality of our solutions as well as the coordination of the overall project with the client. You succeed because, thanks to your own development experience, you can discuss, review and co-decide on technical details on an equal footing with the developers.

In addition, you have solid experience in leading projects and development teams, as you will also implement your own projects at a later stage.

Your profile as technical project manager

Mandatory

Technical experience

✅ Completed Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field

✅ Comprehensive knowledge of the interfaces between hardware and software (embedded)

✅ Practical experience in software development with Rust, Flutter and/or Ansible

✅ Familiar with the technologies MQTT, Kafka, k8s and Yocto

✅ At least 2 years of experience in leading projects and development teams

✅ Very good German skills (min. B2)

✅ Problem-solving skills & analytical thinking: you quickly recognise challenges and find pragmatic solutions

✅ Experience with agile methods: you know and use Scrum, Kanban or similar frameworks
