Information about the training In our 9-month traineeship programme, you will be trained as an SEO-/GEO & Content Junior Consultant. From September 2026, you will start your varied journey into the world of online marketing and go through three phases with different focuses: 1st phase: You will learn the basic web technologies and receive a crash course in the SEO-/GEO world. 2nd phase: You will deepen your SEO/GEO and content knowledge and learn to independently formulate projects such as SEO-/GEO audits, comprehensive keyword research, and SEO strategies. 3rd phase: You will take the lead in conversations with clients and support them in implementing SEO-/GEO measures. You will get to know other digital channels and their synergies with SEO. In each phase, you will be accompanied by an experienced consultant and receive regular feedback on your learning progress. Our programme is a profound, professional basic training with a strong practical orientation. You work directly on real client projects and get to know various tools and methods that you can apply immediately. There is the possibility of a permanent position after the internship, during which you will gain further insights into the world of online marketing.

What you will achieve with us


  • Identifying SEO-/GEO & Content potentials
  • Supporting audits and relaunch projects
  • Creating market and needs analyses as well as keyword research
  • Developing client recommendations for website optimisation
  • Collaborating on various accounts and independently managing smaller projects
  • Getting to know various tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush and Screaming Frog
  • Conceptualising and creating user- and needs-oriented content as well as producing data-based content briefings
  • Creating reports on SEO & Content performance

What you bring


  • You have an advanced or completed degree (Bachelor or Master) / a completed vocational training with practical experience
  • You already have initial experience and knowledge in online marketing, search engine optimisation or content creation
  • You know how to organise yourself and meet deadlines
  • You are passionate about constantly learning new things and can acquire knowledge independently
  • You enjoy challenging projects
  • You have a "can-do" attitude
  • You have very good German and English skills; French is a plus
  • You are very proficient with Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
