• you independently manage complete property accounting
• this also includes accounts receivable and payable accounting, service charge settlements and annual financial statements
• processing heating and operating cost statements rounds off your varied range of tasks
• the workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a businesswoman / businessman or equivalent
• you also bring good professional experience in real estate accounting
