• Installation and maintenance of IT workstation systems (e.g., PCs, laptops), peripherals, network components, and communication devices
• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues – remotely, by phone, or on-site
• Support of 3rd-level support and external partners in solving complex cases, especially in the client and printer area
• Participation in exciting projects around clients, printers, and networks as well as independent implementation of smaller technical projects
• Support of a wide range of client applications – both remotely and on-site
• In addition to the main tasks, you are involved in training our apprentices as a practical trainer.

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with Windows domains (AD, DNS, DHCP, file and print servers)
• Solid knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and networking
• Knowledge in printer systems
• Experience in training IT apprentices
• High quality and responsibility awareness, reliability, flexibility, quick comprehension, and strong communication skills
• Helpful team player with high customer and service orientation as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German skills, good English skills for IT technical literature
• Driver's license category B
