Your area of responsibility
- As part of a succession plan, take over a portfolio in the area of corporate and private client support, maintain and expand existing customer relationships in the 45+ segment with a focus on pension planning
- Development and sale of individual, tailored solutions in the areas of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and asset diversification, as well as in the corporate client sector
- Acquisition of new clients through systematic market cultivation
- Representation of our company in an attractive sales area
- Brokerage of business to our cooperation partners
Your strengths
- Strong sales and consulting flair - Completed industry examination (Insurance Broker VBV, Insurance and Retirement Advisor IAF) or higher
- Proven long-term sales experience in the insurance and financial industry
- High commitment, goal-oriented and performance-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking, resilient, and sociable
