About the job
To successfully master the daily challenges of the real estate industry, we need service- and customer-oriented employees. As a numbers specialist and part of a large team, you competently support your team with specialist questions in the area of service charges. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.
Your tasks in detail
- Defining property-specific service charge billing concepts and account plans
- Preparing heating and service charge statements
- Developing distribution keys for external administrations
- Advising and supporting the property management and real estate accounting teams regarding service charges
- If necessary, you inspect complex properties
- Creating measurement concepts
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training with technical understanding (building services) or craft basic training with commercial further education
- Initial professional experience in a similar environment, preferably in the real estate industry
- Confident German language skills, foreign language skills are an advantage
- You are reliable and complete your tasks on time
- Even in challenging situations, you remain a convincing service provider
- As an Excel specialist and a true numbers person, you are 100% committed
