What is my role?

• Advising our customers by phone on product range, availability and pricing

• Recording and processing customer orders, quotation requests and spare parts orders

• Ensuring smooth and service-oriented order processing in collaboration with the team

• Administrative and organisational support for field staff

• Taking on various commercial tasks according to the area of responsibility

• Active participation in cross-departmental projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training with a technical flair or basic technical training supplemented by commercial know-how as well as practical experience in internal sales

• Strong communication skills, high resilience and consistent customer orientation

• Precise, reliable and systematic approach to all tasks

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Very good knowledge of German and French, spoken and written

• Independent working style combined with strong organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview
