Spitex Oberes Seetal provides public Spitex services in the areas of regular care, wound management, domestic services, and support. Our Spitex, with around 30 employees, cares for the residents of our contract municipalities Fahrwangen, Meisterschwanden, Sarmenstorf, and Bettwil 365 days a year between 07:00 and 22:00.

Health Specialist EFZ 50%

Your main tasks:

• You independently carry out the planned care and support tasks
• Supporting and accompanying relatives completes your range of duties
• You ensure continuity of care as the contact person
• You document and pass on care-relevant information to the responsible care professional
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist agencies, and doctors

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
  (returnees are warmly welcome)
• Interest and enjoyment in resource- and goal-oriented care and support
• Independent working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and high social and self-competence
• IT skills in Perigon and MS Office are an advantage
• Driving licence category B, with own vehicle
