Head Court Clerk 50 - 100%
Your area of responsibility:
- Activity as Head Court Clerk (50%), possibly combined with a role as full-time Chairperson of the Conciliation Authority in Tenancy and Lease Matters (50%) or as Court Clerk (workload selectable).
- Your area of responsibility as Head Court Clerk (50%):
- Member of the court management
- Close cooperation with the court president, a senior court clerk (responsible for the commercial office), and a senior court clerk (responsible for the legal office)
- Versatile organizational, planning, and supervisory tasks (e.g., building management, deployment planning, business control, archive, etc.)
- Communication with the Higher Court, various offices, and other authorities
- Support and representation of the senior court clerks in their core tasks
- Possibly deployment as a part-time substitute judge
- Your area of responsibility as Chairperson of the Conciliation Authority in Tenancy and Lease Matters (50%):
- Professional and organizational management of the Conciliation Authority in Tenancy and Lease Matters
- Process management of conciliation procedures up to the conciliation hearing
- Conducting negotiations as Chairperson of the Conciliation Authority in the assigned conciliation procedures
- Organization of the office of the Conciliation Authority consisting of two employees
Your profile:
- Completed studies in law (Master's degree)
- At least two years of legal professional experience as a court clerk or in a similar function at a court or in public administration
- High organizational skills and leadership competencies
- Very independent, efficient, and careful working style
- High commitment and resilience
- Swiss citizenship (legal requirement)
- For full-time chairmanship of the Conciliation Authority: at least one year of experience as part-time chairperson of the Conciliation Authority
