IT Supporter, 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for the support of our IT infrastructure.

Your tasks:

• Supporting internal and external employees with software and hardware issues.
• Contributing to the development of internal processes and conducting end-user training on new solutions.
• Active participation in internal IT projects and providing professional expertise.
• Receiving, processing and resolving fault reports as well as maintenance and installation of software and hardware.
• Analysing risks to IT operations, deriving appropriate measures to prevent operational failures and implementing them independently.
• Managing, monitoring and ensuring stable operation of all relevant IT systems.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology or business informatics.
• You have solid hardware knowledge and are proficient in Microsoft operating systems and Office products.
• You possess practical and theoretical knowledge in the areas of Active Directory, Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365.
• You act in a service-oriented, professional and prudent manner when dealing with different stakeholders.
• A category B driving licence is an advantage.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
