As a Sales Consultant (m/f/d), you provide exceptional service, create unforgettable brand experiences, and inspire customers with your passion for our products. At the same time, you achieve your sales targets and contribute to a dynamic team.
About the position
Provide excellent customer service and create emotional connections through storytelling
Build trust and long-term customer relationships as well as promote loyalty programmes
Achieve individual and team sales targets and take responsibility for the results
Ensure a welcoming and organised store environment together with the team
Stay informed about products and the brand and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience
Your profile
Enthusiasm for fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands
Experience in a multicultural retail environment
Excellent and proven customer service skills as well as a winning personality that builds trust
Curious, empathetic and results-oriented – team player with strong commercial thinking
Digitally savvy and confident in using retail technologies
