By acting as a financial partner, the Business Controller helps optimize resource allocation, monitors key performance indicators and identifies opportunities for efficiency and revenue improvement. In this role, you provide financial insight and strategic support to the Sales and Marketing functions. You ensure accurate planning, forecasting and performance analysis to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making.
The ideal start date for this position would be in January 2026 or as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities
- Sparring partner for the Sales and Marketing department in various business processes (e.g. monthly closings, business reviews, budget / forecast processes, etc.)
- Coordination and responsibility for seasonal and short-term planning processes in Sales
- Preparation, analysis and validation of various reports for department heads and management
- Further development of various controlling tools as well as the reporting system
- Power BI superuser
- Continuous improvement and enhancement of reporting processes
Your profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration and additional training in Controlling are an advantage
- Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in Controlling
- Strong understanding of sales processes, ideally in the outdoor market
- Affinity for numbers, KPIs and the ability to look beyond the figures
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- Independent working style with a global and entrepreneurial mindset
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools as well as experience with Power BI
- Good understanding of ERP processes
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
