Building Services Planner Sanitary with Option for More 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an HVAC Planner Sanitary to strengthen their team. In this role, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of sanitary installations in various construction projects. You develop concepts, create technical drawings, and supervise the proper installation. With your expertise in sanitary technology, you ensure that all projects comply with current standards and ecological requirements.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a sanitary planner, building technician, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in planning sanitary installations

• Confident handling of CAD programmes and BIM

• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations

• Independent and structured way of working

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Interest in sustainable and ecological solutions
