Site Manager of the Unemployment Fund Biel - Lyss 80–100%

What you will drive forward

You are responsible for the organizational management, personnel, and technical aspects of 4 employees distributed over two sites. Together with your team, you ensure the processing of incoming files in terms of quality, quantity, and meeting deadlines. Based on the strategy and regional objectives, you review the offers and services of the Biel and Lyss sites and implement measures to optimize service quality. Additionally, you ensure the availability of human resources and are responsible for the budget of the group. As an interface, you coordinate and maintain contacts with various administrative bodies as well as with the Unia union.

What you bring

• Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent with professional experience in social insurance
• Management experience in a similar role and completed leadership training
• In-depth knowledge of unemployment insurance
• Quick comprehension skills and a sense of essentials
• Stress-resistant personality, excellent social skills, and strong assertiveness
• Perfect command of German or French, both spoken and written, with very good knowledge of the other language
