About the job
The Coup d'Pouce Foundation has been active for 25 years in leisure activities and support for people with a disability and/or autism spectrum disorders.
La Cabane Orange is a leisure center specialized in welcoming people with autism spectrum disorder. Several themed weekends are organized each year throughout French-speaking Switzerland. The group consists of 8 children – teenagers with autism spectrum disorder accompanied by 1 manager and 7 instructors, and the activity takes place from Friday at 4 p.m. to Sunday at 6 p.m.
In this context, we are looking for a:
Desired profile:
- Training in the social field
- Solid experience in supporting people with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Team management skills
- Administrative skills
- Be available to carry out one or two weekends in tandem with another manager, on a weekend in the first half of 2026.
