Operations Mechanic 2-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is expanding the maintenance team and is looking for an operations mechanic in a 2-shift system.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance, servicing and repair of modern production equipment

• Quick and targeted troubleshooting of technical faults

• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance work to ensure high equipment availability

• Conversion and adjustment of equipment for different production requirements

• Proper management and use of spare parts to minimise downtime

• Participation in process optimisation as well as active involvement in continuous improvements

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (polymechanic, automation technician, industrial mechanic or similar)

• Experience in equipment maintenance

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Independent, precise working style

• Teamwork skills and good communication

• Solution-oriented thinking in case of faults

• Basic MS Office skills and good German language skills

• Willingness to work 2 shifts
