What to expect:

• Comprehensive counter and service tasks: You will handle all tasks at the counter
• Service-oriented customer reception: You ensure professional and friendly care of our customers and make an active contribution to customer retention and acquisition
• Administrative tasks: You perform various tasks from the basic business and thus support the smooth processing of our banking processes
• Advice and offer preparation: You advise our team-supported customers, analyse their financial circumstances and prepare individual offers that are optimally tailored to their needs
• Sales and recommendation: You actively recommend our banking products and services and thus contribute to the success of SZKB

Your profile:

• Commercial training: Ideally in banking or with comparable experience
• Motivation and development potential: You enjoy familiarising yourself with comprehensive advice on banking services and developing further
• Customer contact and commitment: You appreciate direct contact with people, convince with your communication and presentation skills and create a trusting atmosphere
• Team spirit and commitment: You are a appreciative personality who actively supports the team and exemplarily lives our performance promise
