Your tasks:
- Independent management of construction sites, from work preparation through process optimization to the approved final measurement.
- Ensuring communication between contractors, planners, and clients
- Deployment planning and coordination of the involved craftsmen
- Collaboration within interdisciplinary project and planner teams
Your profile:
- Diploma as Construction Foreman HF / Construction Manager HF or equivalent construction-specific training
- Several years of professional experience in construction or project management
- Confidence in dealing with SIA standards, laws, and regulations
- Tact and diplomatic skills in dealing with people
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, organizational talent
- Enthusiasm for new technologies
