Your responsibilities
You are the contact person for insured persons, employers, authorities, and regional employment centers. In your work, you review and process incoming benefit applications. You are also responsible for calculating and paying insurance benefits and issuing decisions. You advise our customers and partners in AVIG enforcement competently and service-oriented.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in demanding clerical work, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
- Experienced in dealing with legal regulations and legal issues is an advantage
- Strong understanding of social concerns, other cultures, and trade union values
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured way of working and a pronounced flair for numbers
- In addition to confident German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is desired
