As a vocational trainer in nursing HF/FH, you create an appreciative learning climate and promote a successful working and learning atmosphere, plan learning situations, and use learning situations in current nursing practice. You conduct training discussions, are responsible for training support, learning documentation, and qualification of trainees and/or students, and bring in your professional pedagogical know-how, SVEB practical trainer course. As a qualified nurse HF/FH, you ensure high-quality, professional care and support for our seniors and residents.
