In the STARK - Setting for Participation, Activation, Resource Promotion and Clarification - of the secondary school Burg , young people who are currently not integrated into regular classes due to psychological stress are taught. The design of the individualised teaching in one-to-one settings and small groups is conducted in close cooperation with a social pedagogical specialist. The focus is on educational support, relationship work and supporting the young people on their way back to school or social everyday life.

Your profile - we are looking for
- Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
- Experience with young people with psychological or social burdens
- High relationship and reflection competence
- Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork and development work
