Skills
- Commercial, administrative, or technical training; 2-4 years admin experience preferred.
- Fluent in French and English (C1); Italian is a plus.
- Strong MS Office and SAP skills; detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Administrative Assistant - Support for the Building Technical Projects Department 100%- Travel booking and expense report management
- Management of directors' diaries
- Drafting minutes, following up meetings and preparing presentations
- Creating offers, opening and monitoring Purchase Orders
- Planning and organising meetings and committees
- Coordinating and monitoring contracts with service providers
- Providing support in the follow-up of billing and order processes related to operations
- Administrative support within various projects
- Announcing works and communications to users
- Contributing to the regular updating of dashboards and budgets
- Commercial, administrative, technical training or equivalent
- Knowledge in building techniques and/or security installations would be a plus
- 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative assistance is an advantage
- Proficiency in French at minimum C1 level
- Proficiency in English at minimum C1 level
- Knowledge of Italian would be an asset
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- SAP proficiency is a plus
- Person who is rigorous, organised and autonomous
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent presentation
