Maintenance Technician & Series Life Test Station

The Test Station department holds the expertise for the study, realisation, validation and commissioning of the test equipment that forms part of our advanced industrial tool.

Its mission?

• Wiring, validating and maintaining the testers that will ensure the quality of our products.

Thus, no fewer than 215 active test stations, created internally, test daily the conformity and quality of all products manufactured within our factories to guarantee customer satisfaction.

We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Technician and Series Life for Test Stations at our Sonceboz-Sombeval site.

Main missions:

• Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of test stations to ensure a high level of availability.
• Ensure periodic capability studies of the test stations. (Training is provided internally on this subject).
• Carry out the hardware (wiring) of testers based on electrical diagrams.
• Synthesise troubleshooting and propose actions to improve availability rate, MTTR and MTBF.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure level 2 troubleshooting and maintenance of test stations.
• Provide Series Life feedback to Test Station Engineers for consideration in design and determine corrective actions.
• Support and train maintenance teams for level 1 troubleshooting.
• Conduct analyses to validate the proper functioning of our measuring devices and maintain our certifications.
• Ensure the professional realisation of the electrical part of the tester.
