In this varied role, you take on operational and personnel responsibility for internal and external triages, collection campaigns, clearances, training sessions as well as the deployment planning of your team and actively participate in day-to-day business.
- Planning, organisation and execution of municipal collections and collection tours
- Deployment and resource planning for employees and special assignments
- Execution and management of clearances including customer inspections
- Calculation of expenses and preparation of quotation bases
- Professional support of sales in complex customer enquiries
- Organisation and conduct of internal and external training sessions
- Training, promotion and further development of employees
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Participation in triage operations as well as support in emergency and special deployments
- Administrative tasks and data entry in the relevant systems (ERP/Navision)

- Completed training as a chemical technician or laboratory technician
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the fields of environment, disposal, recycling or chemistry
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Valid driving licence category B
- German as mother tongue, French skills advantageous
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Organisational talent as well as an independent and structured way of working
- High customer and service orientation
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical activities
- Willingness for Saturday shifts as well as occasional emergency and special deployments
- Safety awareness and responsible working
