Registered Nurse (Deputy Team Leader), 80-100%

Responsibilities

• You will take on the appreciative care and support of the residents
• You will ensure the quality of care and monitor the implementation of care processes
• You will also support the team leader, act as their deputy and take on organisational tasks
• Additionally, you will participate in meetings and maintain constant interactive communication with the team leaders and the nursing management
• Approximately 80% of the role involves active nursing and about 20% office and administration
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse FH / HF / DNII or equivalent (recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required for foreign diplomas)
• You have already gained experience in long-term or acute care?
• You are open to continuous further education and development?
• You consider yourself a person with high social competence, conscientiousness and passion for the profession?
