Tasks/Responsibilities
Your impact:
- Co-organization, coordination, and monitoring of work during: planned maintenance breaks (summer/winter), repair shifts, and unscheduled downtimes and disturbances together with the team leader of electrical and mechanical
- Ensuring the supply of spare parts (procurement, storage, and provision) Coordination of external suppliers and service providers
- Responsible for the introduction and establishment of a preventive maintenance process for all systems within the area of responsibility WW, MF, RC
- Management of documents, e.g., maintenance feedback, system documentation
- Establishment of a measurement and control plan for wear, contamination, consumption, for the early detection of the system condition
- Coordination of personnel in consultation with team leaders
- Management of the spare parts warehouse, optimized e-part logistics and quantity
- Leading investment and optimization projects within WW/MF/RC as part of preventive maintenance
Competencies
You inspire us:
- Completed mechanical or electrical vocational training EFZ in a technical environment
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance, at least 3 years in the field of plant maintenance in an industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge in maintenance (establishment, planning, execution) of large systems
- Fluent German - spoken and written, English is an advantage
- Willingness to work outside of regular hours, readiness for additional work during maintenance
