Introduction
Addiction Neuchâtel is a private foundation of public utility offering prevention services, outpatient and residential treatment as well as harm reduction to the population of Neuchâtel. Our Foundation aims to enable those concerned to have the best possible quality of life given their resources, by offering individual or group services in prevention, treatment, harm and risk reduction within a transtheoretical and multidisciplinary approach. Addiction Neuchâtel seeks to promote the integration of these individuals into the community, preserving or developing their autonomy.

Job Description
Within a multidisciplinary team, the appointed person will be required to work throughout the canton of Neuchâtel but mainly on the Littoral. The main objectives of prevention are to inform, identify signs of vulnerability, support, guide and implement the early intervention process. Prevention services are deployed in primary and secondary schools as well as in vocational training, festive environments, sports and with various target populations. Working hours may include evening activities and more rarely night and weekend shifts.
Desired Profile
- University of Applied Sciences degree or equivalent, from social schools, nursing schools or university level "bachelor".
- Additional training and/or good experience in the field of addictions and prevention is required.
- Knowledge and/or experience in digital communication/content management is desirable.
- Knowledge and/or experience in outreach work, biopsychosocial development processes occurring during adolescence, team management and project leadership is desirable.
- Flexibility, versatility and good organisational skills
Prerequisites
Category B driving licence
