tasks

• you will manage a mixed property portfolio consisting of rental properties with yield and condominium ownership
• in doing so, you will take on all related tasks, such as property maintenance, tenancy agreements, and much more
• furthermore, you are responsible for letting the properties, including placing advertisements, checking applications, conducting viewings and handovers
• competent tenant support and contact with caretakers and craftsmen are also very important tasks
• additionally, you will provide valuable support in renovation projects
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a commercial clerk or a basic construction technical education
• you also bring experience in property management
• further training as a certified property manager is an advantage but not a requirement
• do you consider yourself communicative, customer-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive?
