• You think broadly and are a supportive advisor for the management of the business units as a business partner. You provide simple but precise answers to complex business questions and thus support important decisions.
• You know our process and cost landscape in detail and develop innovative ideas for optimization that create real added value.
• With your reports and key figures, you create transparency and orientation – you make numbers come alive and understandable so that our leaders can steer the course safely.
• You actively shape the future of our controlling: You continuously develop our internal reporting and processes and bring modern tools and methods into play.
• As an expert, you are part of exciting, cross-departmental projects and contribute your know-how to further advance the Baumer Group.

• You have a completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting or controlling – preferably at a university of applied sciences.
• You bring proven experience in operational controlling, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing environment – experience in a corporate structure is a clear plus.
• Your business and process-oriented know-how is excellent – you understand not only numbers but also the processes behind them.
• You are proficient in using SAP-CO, BI systems, and MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI, and use these tools to optimize processes and create meaningful reports.
• As a team- and service-oriented personality, you actively tackle topics, enjoy working on improvements, and support your colleagues with your expertise.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – this way, you are also well connected in our international environment.
