Construction Project Manager Execution (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You lead and coordinate construction projects in all phases, according to SIA 102
• You take on planning coordination and ensure the flow of information with all involved parties
• You are also responsible for compliance with quality standards, deadlines, budget requirements, and construction execution
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and professionally supporting the client are also part of your duties
• Change order and amendment management, promoting junior staff, and office organisation complete your range of tasks

Requirements

• You are a construction professional with a basic education as an architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson or construction tradesperson (bricklayer / carpenter or similar) (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have further qualifications as an ETH / FH architect or HF technician in building construction
• Several years of professional experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland is essential for this role
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction law, standards, and building regulations is important
• You also possess a high level of communication and leadership skills as well as problem-solving abilities
• Do you also consider yourself cooperative, thoughtful, and strong in planning?
