This is what you will achieve
Our professional and powerful IT team (5 employees) covers the complete application and system environment together with external partners. We are looking for a generalist who enjoys ERP engineering (SalesForce, Abacus, PIM). You will receive comprehensive training, benefit from the know-how of our existing team, and develop yourself. Tasks:
- First and Second Level Support for ERP users, Third Level Support regarding in-house developments
- Creating SQL queries
- Adjusting and creating reports in the ERP system
- Further development of business processes and the ERP system
- Maintenance and configuration of interfaces in Lobster data
- Coordination and management of external partners
