Your tasks
Whether an event for the public, a management event, a scientific conference, or a VIP visit: With your expertise, you ensure the smooth running of events at PSI. As a professional in event technology, you are the technical interface for all PSI activities in live communication. You are integrated into the event management team and participate in the conception, planning, and organization of events. You take care of and manage the event technology equipment and keep it up to date.

Your profile

• You have completed training as an event specialist EFZ or in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or computer science – ideally complemented by further training as an event technician with a federal certificate of competence
• You bring extensive experience in event technology and event organization and are proficient in project management as well as working with databases (CRM systems)
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as a confident style of expression
• You convince with a neat appearance, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities
• You possess a category B driving license
