Project Manager (Construction Management)

Here’s what needs to be done
- Independent planning and technical implementation of our diverse new and renovation projects
- Creative project development, creating concepts for renovations and new buildings
- Competent client consulting and acquisition, including proposal design and cost estimation
- Proactive construction management with responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality control
- Goal-oriented negotiations with internal trades, authorities, and external service providers
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed training in the construction or drawing field (e.g., as a draftsman EFZ or in a skilled trade)
- Further education in the construction or architecture field
- The ability to organize yourself in a very independent work environment
- You are a communication talent and a natural, authentic personality
- You find the optimal solution for every situation and every client
