The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized nursing institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich Unterland and ensures the provision of nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approximately 90,000 residents. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.
The Spitex Regional forms an important part of the nursing offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contracting municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
- Support in the admission, discharge, and transition processes
- Support patients in basic care as well as in nursing training
- Collaboration in a multiprofessional team
- Assumption of daily responsibility
- Conduct geriatric assessment instruments
- Shape the rehabilitation process
- Shared responsibility for the design of the nursing process
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or have a Swiss SRK recognition
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- Networked thinking
- You possess pronounced social skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
- Using modern aids is part of your daily routine (PC, tablet, smartphone)
