Construction Manager or Junior Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You process and accompany construction projects in the area of new build and conversion, in the tendering and realisation phase
• In doing so, you take over the processing of cost and schedule planning
• You also take over the execution of tenders, the preparation of contracts for work, construction accounting and the management of all parties involved in the construction
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, architects and building draftsmen rounds off your demanding area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have training as a bricklayer, carpenter, building draftsman / architectural draughtsman or comparable (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you also bring further training as a federally certified construction manager building construction, FH architect, certified technician HF building construction or are currently in further training
• If you are an experienced construction craftsman who wants to develop towards construction management, you are also very welcome
• Are you also independent, strong in organisation, collegial and skilled in negotiation?
