We are looking to strengthen our Legal Department and are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an independent and responsible position. In this role, you will advise the entire organization of Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland Ltd on a wide range of legal issues and report directly to the Legal Director.
YOUR NEW TASKS:
- Participation in the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial contracts (e.g., purchase, supply, service, and distribution agreements) as well as contract management
- Conducting training sessions (in-person, webinars, and e-learnings) on legal and compliance topics
- Responsibility for implementing the data protection program
- Legal involvement in group projects, including compliance initiatives, M&A projects, new business acquisitions, etc.
- Implementation of legal tools (contract management tool), checklists, standard materials, and contracts to improve processes
- Legal research on current topics
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Completed master's degree in law (university/FH), preferably with a lawyer's license
- Initial professional experience, preferably within a company or law firm as well as in an international environment
- Broad interest in legal topics with comprehensive basic knowledge in areas of law relevant to an FMCG company (including contract law, antitrust law, data protection, and labor law)
- Solution-oriented personality with quick comprehension and interconnected thinking
- High commitment, independence, and resilience
- Confident German and business fluent English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Solid MS Office 365 knowledge, affinity for digital tools and solutions is an advantage
