At our location in Bilten (GL), we develop and produce liquid foods such as whipped creams, cold & warm sauces, marinades, salad dressings, sandwich fillings, and other liquid specialties. With around 70 employees, we find individual solutions for our renowned customers in the food industry. We are also the owners of the traditional Swiss dessert brand Stalden.

HR Specialist – Support and Recruitment (m/f/d), 60%

What you will do with us

• Support and advise employees and managers
• Lead the recruitment process in close cooperation with the managers
• Manage personnel development processes (AKV, promotion discussions, further training, etc.)
• Further develop HR processes and work on projects
• Deputise and support in administrative HR tasks

What you already bring

• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Swiss Federal HR Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
• Open and empathetic personality with pronounced social skills
• Networked and entrepreneurial way of thinking
• Interest in actively embodying and promoting the corporate culture
