Responsibilities
- Independent management of the entire histological sample preparation process, from receipt and registration of samples and patient data to their processing
- Performing macroscopic preparations and sectioning paraffin blocks on all types of microtomes, as well as cryostat sectioning
- Use and management of staining automata (Haematoxylin-Eosin, Immunohistochemistry) and performing special stains, as well as preparation and sectioning of Mohs surgery specimens at the medical office and performing Slow Mohs sections in the laboratory
- Ensuring rigorous and high-quality processing of histological samples, contributing to the establishment of reliable and precise diagnoses
Profile
- Degree as TAB/ES, biology laboratory technician or deemed equivalent
- Training and experience in histology
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of French (minimum B2)
