Job Description

Programming and setting up 3-axis CNC milling machines with Mastercam
Monitoring manufacturing processes
Ensuring quality standards
Adhering to safety regulations
Maintenance and care of the machines
Technical leadership of a small milling team
Ensuring smooth information flow between the team and supervisors
Detailed planning and coordination of daily operations and resources

Qualifications

Completed technical training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or similar
Several years of professional experience in CNC milling (tool/mould making)
Confident handling of technical drawings
Solid knowledge in programming and setting up machines with Mastercam
Independent, quality-conscious and solution-oriented working style
Down-to-earth, team-oriented and reliable personality
Willingness to work shifts (if required)
