The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, housing, and therapy for children and adolescents from 4 to 20 years old in Fehraltorf. We are looking for reinforcement from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Care Specialist or Social Pedagogue as Housing Specialist
(Workload selectable between 40-90%)
These are your tasks:
- Supplementing the team with a total of 6 children and adolescents
- Support in an individual setting
- Creating an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
- Empathetic support of children and adolescents with different disabilities
- Close coordination with the team for a common educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges
This is what you bring:
- Degree as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH or Care Specialist in the field of disability care or Health Specialist
- Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Observational skills and joy in supporting children and adolescents
