We are looking for the French-speaking region for a committed and motivated person to contribute to the success of our projects as
Site Manager at 100% (m/f)
Location: Lausanne Region, French-speaking Switzerland
Your tasks
Prepare and organize the follow-up of various sites with stakeholders (cantonal and municipal authorities, owners, etc.)
Work closely with Business Managers as well as Site Managers
Organize and manage all trades (general contracting, pulling, fiber optic assembly)
Ensure the implementation and compliance with current safety regulations
Reflect the company’s values and DNA
Your profile
You are customer and solution oriented
You are reactive, autonomous, and available
You are comfortable with personnel management
You have a positive and proactive mindset
You master computer tools
You have training in the construction field (general contracting, building) or an equivalent qualification
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering in Switzerland. Knowledge in telecommunications is an asset
You speak French fluently (spoken and written). Knowledge of English and German is an asset
