Then you are exactly right here! #p3bjobRegion Bern as well as partly in the home office Starting immediately or by arrangement 80–100% Permanent As a 1st & 2nd level supporter, you are responsible for fault recording Afterwards, you analyse the complex problem You show customers solution proposals and fix the problems You perform all these tasks by phone, remote access and on site Additionally, you monitor other server, client and network systems You take care of user and permission management (AD, GPO) You create and maintain relevant documentation You work closely with key persons in the company Completed training in IT at EFZ, FH or HF level You can demonstrate initial professional experience as an ICT supporter You bring knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server as well as M365/Azure Basic knowledge in virtualisation and network technology rounds off your profile Driving licence category B is an advantage German spoken and written (C1) is a must.
