Tasks and Qualifications:

Your tasks:

• Commercial management of the service business in the geographically defined area (Mittelland)

• Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customers

• Sale of services and accessories, control of their implementation  

• Recording and processing of customer concerns of all kinds

• Support and control of fleet customers, or their vehicle fleets  

• Assistance in the development of campaigns  

• Support and leadership of service technicians in the defined area

• Support of deployment management (dispatch) as well as spare parts sales

• Control of productivity and travel shares of service technicians

Your profile:

• Technical basic training (knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical areas, commercial further training)

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• French and English skills are an advantage

• Good computer skills

• Leadership experience

• Organizational talent, resilient and flexible
