What you bring with you
- Completed training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field (FH/HF)
- Additional qualifications in quality management and experience in applying quality methods and tools
- At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in container or module construction, metal or construction industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality techniques, experience with quality management systems (e.g., EN9100) is an advantage
- Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong team and communication skills. You work independently, structured, and with high self-motivation, innovative spirit, and assertiveness
- Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Travel activity (20%): one day per week at another RUAG location (Seebach or Wangen)
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
