Quality Assurance Specialist

• Creating and optimizing test instructions and protocols
• Conducting inspections at various stages of production
• Documenting and analyzing test results and reporting deviations
• Recording and documenting errors
• Tracking measures
• Moderating root cause analyses
• Collecting error statistics Complying with standards and guidelines
• Ensuring that all products and processes comply with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Supporting internal and external audits as well as the implementation of action plans to comply with standards
• Training and supporting employees in quality-related procedures

• Completed training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field (FH/HF)
• Additional qualifications in quality management and experience in applying quality methods and tools
• At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in container or module construction, metal or construction industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality techniques, experience with quality management systems (e.g., EN9100) is an advantage
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with strong team and communication skills. You work independently, structured, and with high self-motivation, innovative spirit, and assertiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Travel activity (20%): one day per week at another RUAG location (Seebach or Wangen)
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
