- Participation in the further development of the Compliance Management System
- Management of projects (KYC & KYS, legal monitoring, surveys, communication measures)
- Creation and processing of internal regulations and processes
- Creation and implementation of compliance training
- Internal contact person for inquiries and concerns on various compliance topics
- Identification and assessment of specific compliance risks
- Conducting risk-based compliance audits
- Review and approval of third parties (KYC), monitoring of the due diligence process within the company's internal third-party software (third-party management - TPM)
- Support in reporting regarding corporate compliance
- Development and implementation of controls and compliance audits
- Assessment of conflicts of interest including the development of control measures
What you bring with you
