We are the Adler Restaurant in Appenzell and are looking for a leadership personality in service.

Tasks: → Leadership and coordination of the service team → Responsibility for service process and guest satisfaction → Duty planning and training of new employees → Co-design of events and banquets → Collaboration with kitchen and management

You bring: → Training in gastronomy/hospitality (EFZ or higher) → Several years of experience and first leadership experience → Well-groomed appearance and sensitivity to guests → Very good German skills, English an advantage
