As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, the Office for Youth and Career Counselling is responsible for the services in the field of child and youth welfare as well as career counselling. Children, young people and families are at the centre of our work. We dedicate ourselves to them daily with great passion and commitment.
For the Child and Youth Welfare Centre (kjz) Horgen, we are looking for an Administration Employee to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Processing in the areas of social work and mother/father counselling
- Editing demanding reports and applications as well as submitting requests to foundations
- Assisting with the organisation of events
- Telephone and personal contact with clients as well as other internal and external offices
- Correspondence and general secretarial duties
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ (Profile E or M mandatory) and at least two years of professional experience
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Service-oriented, structured and efficient working style
- Resilient and sensitive in dealing with people in difficult situations
- Humorous and team-oriented
- Monday and Thursday are mandatory working days
