We are looking for a 100% medical secretary (FR/GER) for our IRIS Radiology Trois-Lacs center.
Position available immediately or by agreement
Location: Gampelen
Your mission
As the first point of contact for patients and prescribers, you ensure a warm and professional welcome, manage the administrative medical files, and coordinate appointments within the center.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome, inform, and guide patients with a service-oriented attitude, managing difficult situations with diplomacy and empathy
- Handle the center's telephone reception and via the group Call Center, schedule exams and manage calendars
- Create, complete, and update patients' electronic files via Xplore
- Check the compliance of files (insurance data LAMal, LAA, AI), perform necessary follow-ups
- Ensure billing and payment via EOpale applying TARDOC tariff bases
- Verify the secure sending of medical reports to prescribers and manage any corrections
- Participate in the integration of new collaborators and the continuous improvement of services
Your profile
- Diploma as a medical secretary or equivalent qualification (CFC commercial employee accepted)
- Experience in medical secretariat, ideally in radiology — highly motivated beginners are welcome
- Fluent spoken and written French, minimum B2 level German required
- Excellent oral and written expression, active listening, sense of service and hospitality
- Proficient with IT tools; knowledge of the Swiss health system (LAMal, LAA, AI)
- Autonomy, organization, flexibility, and team spirit
- Discretion and strict sense of confidentiality
